从9月初开始,就有大批卖家账号被关联封号,涉及的卖家店铺数量估计超过上万个,主要集中在美国站。其中,这次的品牌封杀规模相当大,几乎涉及了所有拥有多个店铺运营的卖家。例如,有一个卖家拥有10个店铺,其中有1个店铺违规封号,其余账号都因品牌连坐封号,而且这些店铺都是2020年前注册的老店铺,也有新注册的店铺,该卖家表示遭受了很大的损失。卖家仔细核查自己账户信息或者做完关联报告后,得出关联封号的原因就是“品牌”这个因素。账户与账户之间有品牌授权或者ASIN跟卖的关系。

卖家账户体检报告也显示的关联因素是品牌和被授权方的邮箱(email ,gcor_id),其余账户信息很干净。

一位来自亚马逊的高级官员指出,新的品牌审查标准会更加细致和严厉。核心目的是确保品牌所有者与账号持有者之间存在明确的关系。观察最近的品牌关联清查行动,不难发现亚马逊正努力确保卖家品牌和产品的“独特性”和“真实性”。这也是为了塑造一个健康、公平竞争的商业环境,进而提高用户的购物体验。因此,预见到“每个店铺只对应一个品牌”可能会成为亚马逊品牌授权的新标准。

但是其实应对的最佳办法是做好品牌隔离。品牌隔离是指一人一店一品牌,避免一人持有多个品牌或一品牌授权多家店铺使用,精细化管理,减少品牌关联风险。

卖家品牌(授权)关联有哪些情况?

这次品牌关联风波,基本百分之九十都是自己的品牌.

1. 如:A店铺品牌授权到B店铺,A店铺违规封号,那么必定会连累到B店铺,同等如果B店铺挂掉,那么A店铺也会受影响。

2. 关联到陌生店铺,一般是找服务商授权给陌生店铺或者合并僵尸链接 ,这种情况也是亚马逊绝对不允许的

3. 卖家为了主推链接的销量直接品牌授权+跟卖的方式。如其中一个店铺违规封号,会有品牌连坐的问题。

那么亚马逊卖家遇到此次品牌关联风波该如何处理?

1. 收到邮件后,先确认是否是自己的账户?若不是,致电亚马逊客服,阐述事实。客服一般会告知陌生账户的店铺,注册时间,以及站点。

2. 根据自己的账户信息的排查和关联报告,找出关联因素,并及时消除关联因素。

关联因素包括:

(1)注册信息

如:公司名称,法人姓名,收款账号,信用卡,公司地址,注册手机号或者二次验证手机号,邮箱等。

(2)第三方仓库地址

同一个第三方仓库地址也会导致账户之间的关联,与陌生账号关联居多。

(3)设备

电脑,网卡,路由器,网络,硬盘信息等,所以为了避免账号之间的关联,卖家应该使用独立的电脑设备和网络设备。

(4)软件因素

如浏览器指纹,Cookie,打字习惯,所使用测插件程序等。

亚马逊算法可以通过搜集这些浏览器相关数据,来判定是不是同一个卖家来操作,并来作为判断关联的依据。

(5)品牌

账号之间若存在品牌授权的关系,一个账户因违规而封号,则另一个账户因相同品牌而关联封号。

(6)ASIN相同或产品信息相同

若账户之间存在跟卖或者被跟卖的关系,产品信息相同的情况,只要其中一个账户被封号,另一个账号会因ASIN相同,或者产品信息相同面临关联的风险。所以卖家要详细记录跟卖或者被卖产品的具体时间,卖家店铺名,ASIN等信息,依此作为证据来申诉。

(7)VAT邮箱相同

账号后台所填写的VAT邮箱相同,也会有账号关联的风险。

3. 准备一份详细的POA。

写申诉信的思路:

1、明确错误并诚恳认错;

2、写具体的整改计划,也就是plan of action,简称poa;

3、结尾表明改正的决心并请求亚马逊再给一次销售的机会。

逻辑框架:

1. 取消之前品牌授权的店铺,消除关联因素

2. 对品牌授权关系做出解释,一定要解释清楚自己是独立账户,法人信息独立。

4. Through the clues provided by the account status team, we found that XXX is the legal person of our company and also serves as the supervisor of XXX XXXX Co., LTD., but XXX is a sole proprietorship enterprise of a natural person, and XXX does not hold shares or benefit from it, so it does not violate the policies of Amazon.

5. The business license, legal person identity and address of our company prove that all the information is true and effective, and the office environment is independent, so there is no false information or account information leakage. The evidence mentioned above is true and valid, and our company can bear the relevant legal responsibility.
